Friendsgiving Cookie Decorating Workshop

Last week I was lucky enough to snag one of the coveted seats for A Dancing Baker’s Friendsgiving cookie decorating workshop! I am so glad I did. Jennifer was so nice and fun to learn from. I don’t know if you knew this about me, but I used to work at a bakery when I lived in California. And, my absolute FAVORITE thing to eat off of the “broken cookie tray” was the thick sugar cookies with royal icing! They were ALWAYS the best snack and I always loved how they looked!

I didn’t go to culinary school, so it was understandable that I wasn’t allowed to decorate the cookies myself, but I always wanted to do it! I’m no professional, but I think these cookies turned out ok! The couch was the hardest one!! But I really enjoyed making each one of these. And, I am hoping to sign up for another one of A Dancing Baker’s workshops because it was a joy! If you need someone for cookies, she’s your gal!

Thanks so much to Jennifer for a fun workshop and to House Sprucing for hosting us! You have a lovely space! House Sprucing is the retail space for Toni’s design business. And, I will definitely need to stop back in before the holidays! I’ve including a few photos of her space for you to see. Have a lovely day, Friends!
