Santa Minis Recap
Wow! Just wow! Thank you for making all of my Santa Minis and Pop-up dreams come true!! I want to especially thank all of the people who made this possible! It was a beautiful day to take photos, and Lucy’s studio “the Photo Shed” was the perfect spot, as she was also the most gracious host! Santa is always a hit! And, thanks to my set up crew and Charlee for a last minute couch delivery. But most importantly, thank you to all of the families who came and supported! I am always so blessed by you, and YOU are the reason I do what I do!
Santa Minis Sneak Peek
These kiddos really were so amazing!! It is always a gamble to see how kids will do with Santa, and I feel like everyone was a little braver this year which was fun! Of course we had a couple timid kids, I mean I was too at that age, and one iconic cry with Santa. However, I was so excited to see the kids faces light up when they were talking to Santa. Personally, I was very impressed with my kiddos because this was the first year (in 4 years) that Kaden didn’t cry! It was a Taylor Family success! And, Santa, was wonderful as he sang Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, gave high fives and reassured everyone multiple times! It was such a sweet time.
Pop-Up Recap
I truly had so much fun making this a pop-up!! Adding something special and unique to my Santa Minis was important to me! You have probably seen, but my friend Sarah was there with Shop Rockwall Shirts. My friend Stevie had her absolutely perfect new holiday drop with her kid’s clothing boutique, Little Cain and Co., and Jilleighann and her husband from Eight 10 Design brought their adorable Christmas signs! It was such an honor that you would all spend your morning with me! We even had the pleasure of serving Swany’s Coffee! And, it wouldn’t be a Rockwall Christmas event without our favorite Santa Claus! I loved having each and every one of you. Thank you for making the day!
The Backdrop
This backdrop was a labor of love, and I couldn’t be happier with how It turned out! I worked all week wrapping the gifts and getting everything laid out the way we wanted. We even picked up other trees that I didn’t end up using. And after all the hard work, beauty and magic that came through in the simplicity! I have linked everything from the backdrop here. The cutie gift bags were fun, too! (Linking items here) I owe a huge thank you to Aaron for helping me set It up and chopping down the wood that we hung! And, thank you to our friend Will for running around outside the studio and playing tag with our kiddos. It would have taken us 2 hours longer than It actually did if we didn’t have you, so thank you! And, thank you Charlee Tabor for coming in clutch with the couch last minute and Lucy for helping to orchestrate everything, and providing us with Swany’s coffee! I am so grateful for all the heart that went into this fun project!
Merry Christmas! I can’t wait for you all to see the rest of the photos from our Santa Minis!
