Constance and Her Smash Cake Photo Session

I think taking a little one’s first birthday photos with a smash cake photo session is the best way to do it! I love watching little ones taste cake for the first time! And now, my biggest regret is not having done one of these photos shoots with Kaden! The smash cake photo session is the best!

I was so excited to receive an email from Kim (mom) because I had taken her first daughter, Celeste’s, one year old photos three years ago! They were the sweetest family and I was so excited to hear they had another little girl! Not only were they signing up for another photo session with me, but they don’t even live in Texas anymore! They are in Kansas! This made it even more special that they would try so hard to use me as their photographer.

Turns out they were coming into town for Constance’s first birthday party, so we booked a studio, The Studio Ville 2.0 in Farmersville, TX! They had expressed that they wanted to use a teepee, and this studio has an adorable white teepee to use! It is also perfect when the weather is hot, like it was. And, with Texas weather, you don’t have to worry about a session being rained out, especially when your clients are from out of town and don’t have much flexibility on dates. This was the perfect solution!

I am so happy with how these photos turned out for Constance’s smash cake photo session!! I hope you enjoy all the cuteness and all the cake!
